In this study, we show that a jealous leader moderates the relationship between experience and work outcomes (employee turnover, job satisfaction, and performance evaluation). We test our hypotheses using a sample of 322 employees working in a five-star hotel in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), collected over five time periods. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online questionnaires are being used to collect information and get results faster. We collected data for five periods from June 2021 to February 2022 by studying T1 and T4 and T2 and T3. We kept a two-week gap between each period, and the same respondents were used for each phase. Studies have shown that perceived excellence is a stronger and more negative influence on employee job satisfaction when managers express high levels of jealousy. In addition, when jealousy is high, employees’ ability to perform well has a negative impact on performance. Support has no direct or indirect effects. Implications for information on competence and jealousy are discussed. The results show that the results of the group can be seen as having the potential to influence the employees to be investigated. It appears that the ability to pass on advertising to waste managers has had an impact on the performance and success of the talent. The results highlight the importance of reviewing additional resources at various levels of review as well as the need to recruit a manager-level moderator.

Organizations must consider both the positive and the negative if they want to be successful in the short and long term. According to [4], qualitative research is the best practice because they are effective in achieving the goals of the organization and the employees. However, a survey of related literature suggests that, in contrast to research on negative thinking, positive thinking is the current research [5]. It is equally important to acknowledge the negative emotions that exist in the workplace. No organization is immune to mental health problems, whether they arise from poor management or personal problems of employees. In a study of 136 leaders and managers, [6] found that approximately 24% did not have a manager in their entire career who was good with their negative thoughts. The risks associated with avoiding negative emotions are more dangerous than being negative to positive emotions at work. This is because negative emotions are associated with poor performance and situations that make achieving goals more difficult, which may lead to more conflict at work. According to the research
